PowderTech is an industrial powder coating provider.  We offer our clients the ability to handle almost any size of part, along with unlimited weight and volume capabilities.  We are dedicated to meeting the quality expectations of our customers, and achieving on time performance according to your production schedule.

In 2008 PowderTech became AS9100 compliant.  In addition to this compliance we are now able to meet military standards for coatings including Chemical Agent Resistance Coatings (CARC).

Automated System

Our automated line offers our customers very distinct advantages.  Our line is capable of handling parts up to 1,200 pounds and a maximum size of 120"L x 42"W x 96"H, making our automated line capable of very large sizes and high weight parts.

Our automated line reduces variances.  A reduction in variance means you get a more consistent product day in and day out.

 Batch System

PowderTech's batch system is designed to handle custom and lower quantity parts.  These parts are generally larger and more complex than the parts that are usually run on the automated line.  These can range from custom car and motorcycle frames to delicate aircraft instrument consoles requiring masking and special attention to unique requirements and detail.

Our batch system can handle parts up to 24'L x 8'W x 7'H.  These parts have virtually no weight limit.
